What measures are being taken to ensure packages are safe from COVID-19?

All items are being sprayed and wiped with a disinfectant before being packaged and mailed.

 

What are your SS candles made of?

Each candle is made with IGI6006 Para/soy wax, pure cotton wicks, and fragrance oils... yep... that's it!

 

How do I order custom candles?

Custom orders can be requested from the Custom Candle Order link in the main menu. Complete the message form with the number of candles needed, scent requested, type of event, date needed, and information for the custom label. You will get a quote within 24-48 business hours. 

 

My candle or melt was delivered and it looks a little white or starchy. Is it safe to use? What is that?

Soy products usually have what we call "frosting" or a white, starchy appearance. There is nothing wrong with the item.
